About Scott
I've been performing magic professionally since 1998, and since then I've appeared at hundreds of events throughout Illinois, from store openings to weddings to birthday parties to a J.K. Rowling book signing.
Humor is at the core of my show. Outside of magic I'm a nationally acclaimed humor writer. My work has appeared in the Washington Post, CBSNews.com and Yahoo! Sports, to name a few. In 2009 I was named one of the top 100 young journalists in America.
I grew up in Buffalo Grove, Illinois, live in Chicago and am engaged to a girl I had a crush on when I was 12. In my life outside of magic, I'm a 2009 graduate of the University of Illinois College of Law and a bar-certified attorney.
